With a Masters Degree from Boston College, Monte previously worked as a child & family therapist; Lisa worked as an elementary school teacher. This commitment to helping others results in the needs of the client being considered of utmost importance in all transactions. Monte & Lisa have been listing and selling properties in South Orange County for over 18 years. Their areas of specialization include San Clemente, Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano, though they are very familiar with the other areas of South Orange County (Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, Laguna Beach, and Irvine). They also cover specific areas of San Diego County.

Monte and Lisa have two adult children, are active in a local church, and run a non-profit organization (Gateway Via, Inc). Their non-profit runs an orphanage in Chiapas, Mexico (on the Guatemala border), as well as supporting and assisting orphanages in Baja California. Both are bi-lingual in Spanish and English.
